We provide Client Representation whilst you are carrying out works to your home or business premises. We can act as your agent from the planning stage right through to completion or at any stage throughout the project.
We can work with your existing and preferred contractors, can assist in gaining quotations for works or even price to complete them ourselves.
Through regular site visits and meetings with the contractors we help ensure works on site progress in a timely fashion and to specification.
This service allows you to carry on with your day-to-day activities and have one point of contact throughout the project. We will keep you up to date with progress and you can choose our level of involvement to suit your requirements.
