- Principal Contractor Role.
We can take over full responsibility for project delivery by carrying out your project on a supply and fit basis. With everything being controlled by us you have one point of contact throughout the works and are regularly updated with progress on site.
- Provide All Necessary H&S Documentation.
A construction phase health and safety plan, along with method statements and risk assessments are completed prior to works commencing and then updated as they progress. George Austin Group Ltd place great importance in health and safety and this is demonstrated both in our documents and how we approach the works on site.
- Project Planning and Risk Management.
Prior to works commencing on site a project plan is completed which lays out both programme of works and cost forecasting. Using this information, we can prepare for any risks associated with the project and report them to our clients.
- Management of All Labour, Plant, Materials and Contractors.
Finding reliable trades people, contractors and suppliers can be a daunting experience. Using our extensive contact book built up over years of working in the construction industry, we can source a multitude of trades and professions to supply your project. We then manage them throughout the works, giving our clients confidence both operationally and commercially.
- Deal with Architects, Designers, Engineers and Planners.
When your project requires involvement from construction professionals, George Austin Group Ltd can source what is required to get your project complete. From an architect to a setting out engineer we can assist our clients at every stage throughout the build.
- Onsite Management Controlling and Overseeing the Works.
We have either a site manager or working foreman on all our projects. This person controls the job from site and reports progress back to Project Management, who will also be visiting your job on a regular basis. This structure helps ensure works continue to programme and budget, whilst giving our clients confidence and peace of mind.
- Regular Client Updates and Progress Meetings.
As well as our clients having an on-site management contact for any immediate queries, we also provide regular written updates and hold progress meetings throughout the works.
